Date mismatch- CRM and Flow email body.


I have a date column in the CRM which shows:


But in the email that comes from the Power Automate flow, the date shows 1/11/2021 and strangely this has only happened for one record whilst the other records that came on the email has correct dates.

I have formatted the date field to be: 

formatDateTime(addDays(item()?['expirydate'], 1), 'dd/MM/yyyy')
The formula has 1 day added for a reason. My dates when displaying on the email used to be one day lesser to the CRM date.
Not sure why this one record shows wrong date. Kindly advise.
