I am able to send reminder email on day 4 using delay action.
But email needs to be triggered on day 4 if it is a working day.
Please share your thoughts/ideas to achieve the same.

Do you want to send the reminder email every 4 days and the date is a working day?
Or do you want to send the reminder email in the forth day of the working days in each week?
If you want to send the reminder email every 4 days and the date is a working day, please take a try with the following workaround:
Within Recurrence trigger, Interval set to 4 and Frequency set to Day.
Within Condition box, click "Edit in advanced mode", type the following formula:
@or(not(equals(dayOfWeek(utcNow()), 0)),not(equals(dayOfWeek(utcNow()), 6)))
The flow works successfully as below:
If you want to send the reminder email in the forth day of the working days in each week, please take a try with the following workaround:
Within Recurrence trigger, Interval set to 1 and Frequency set to Week. On these days field set to Thursday.
The flow works successfully as below:Note: When you save your flow, the Recurrence trigger would be fired once automatically. The Recurrence trigger would take effect actually in next trigger.
