Delete old rows in Excel

Hi,

Please, I need to delete the lines of months that have passed in an Excel, for example:

I have records in an Excel table and in one of the fields I have the date of the record, I need to delete the records of the months that have already passed, only keeping the current and future.

Thank you!

Best regards,

Hi @Haufe ,

If you want to delete the records in the Excel table, you need the table to contain a field with a unique value as the key column.

I have tested on my side, you could refer to the following method to configure Flow.

  • The Key column in my Excel table has a unique value, which is used as a key column to delete the record.
  • The PassDate field records the time with text type.

The configuration of Flow is as follows:

It's worth noting here that if date column is of type Date, it may appear as a Number in Flow, and we need to restore it to Date by some method.

Please refer to a similar Thread to restore Date:

Hope it helps.
