Desktop Flow Cloud type

Dear Community,

If we create the desktop flows with in the company tenant , i am sure the flows resides with in the Dataverse database. 

But does this mean the Desktop Flows store in Azure public cloud same as Logis Apps.

The Logic Apps creates with in the company subscription and resource group but they are resides in public end points. 

I am thinking to secure the Desktop flow not to being Vulnerable from outside of the company. 

Please clarify.
