Do Until Based on Conditions

Hello,

I am trying to have part of my flow re-run based on the response of a "Send email with options" Action. The flow has gotten a little complex--when I tried to add in the Do Until action at the point at which I would want it to repeat, the dynamic content for the 'Send an email with options" is not availble. I tried to manually add it it in through advnaced options and it wouldnt allow me. Here is the flow:

Any suggestions?

Re: Do Until Based on Conditions

Hi @GD20

flow dynamic content only works for follow up actions

your best bet would be to store those values in a variable and then use it in your actions above

Re: Do Until Based on Conditions

Thanks @RezaDorrani ,

I'm actually not sure how I would do that--I;ve been self-discovering flow by trial an error. Could you show or point me in the right direction so I can learn?

Re: Do Until Based on Conditions

Hi @GD20

Your flow is already looking beefy 🙂 so you are more than just self discovering

check this https://davidlozzi.com/2018/04/25/tips-and-tricks-for-working-with-microsoft-flow/

look at variables

you would need to initialize a variable and then set its value throughout your app

Re: Do Until Based on Conditions

Hey @RezaDorrani

I looked over what you sent and I'm still having difficulty. Could you should me how I could apply the variable to a flow like mine? Would it be able to condense sets of actions?
