Document register

Hello, I have several sharepoint sites with company documents in. Is it possible to set up a list or register of documents that auto updates information from the columns.


I'd like certain documents to be added and included in a company document register that automatically updates from the columns.


I.e. document name, location, reviewed by, version, next review date etc
