I want to document a conversation after an approval with power automate. Is there a way to do this with Microsoft forms or teams? Thank you. The conversation documented needs to be back and forth.
Define "to document".
There is an approval that is sent and further communication needs to happen if the approval is denied. As far as I know, you can record the comments in an excel sheet or even in sharepoint. Is there a way to document the teams conversation?
