Does the check interval of each Flow plan affect the trigger "When a new mail arrived" ?

I want to know that the "check interval" of each Flow plan affect the trigger "When a new mail arrived" ?1.pngIf affect the trigger "When a new mail arrived", Does the Flow start after max 15 minuetes of arrived ?

Some friends/customers ask me what does mean it.

That's right. It will affect this trigger. For free plan flow should check the mail box every 15 minutes.
