Email Attachments in Flow

Hello, 

Quite new to flow and just exploring its advantages.

I have set up an email flow when a bulletin is uploaded to SharePoint, is there a way to attach that bulletin that is uploaded (pdf or word) to the email?

I have noticed in Microsoft Publisher you can inbed the image of the document you are sending into the email is there anyway to do this as a flow.

E.g.

1. I create the docuyment with publisher
2. Upload it to SharePoint
3. Flow sends an automated email with the publisher document attached and in the email

Do you know if this is possible?

Pease see my example above - it should work for you.  There is a limit on file size - need to check what that is.....
