Email Scrub

I was wondering if Microsoft Flow has the capability to scrub through the content of emails from different senders, identify preset data (e.g. invoice number or reference number), and then produce an Excel spreadsheet containing the relevant data read from the emails.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Mono-asanto,

Currently, Flow can obtain information about emails, such as sender, subject, email body, attachments etc.

If the content of your email body is in some standard format, you could also use WDL function to get some parts of the body of the email.

A similar Thread can be used for reference.

As well as the use of WDL function, you could refer to this Online doc:

However, if you want to scrub through the content of emails through Flow, currently Flow does not support such a feature.
