Email attachment Excel to Sharepoint Flow issues.

So I'm trying to get a solution.  My company issues an email report which has an excel spreadsheet attached.  The data is already formatted as a table.   The table is always called Table2

When I recieve the email, I want Flow to take the attachments and take the data and add it to a sharepoint list.

Below is roughly what I have.  I specify the sender and subject in the email.  I want it only to do it on excel spreadsheets so I filter if the name contains xlsx.

I've tried it without the 'copy file' step, but I wanted to try something.  I've tried to keep the file name static and overwrite it each time.

I set up the data by connecting to a verison of the report then try to save the attachment over it.  I get a 'file is currently locked or checked out.   I do not have it open.

Now this may be because I set the table as the one before it was copied over (though its the same file saved over the same file)  I also deleted it before rerunning the flow.

It is mostly the table id that I've tried a couple different ways.  I've entered custom content of 'Table2', which it doesn't find.

I've also tried the formula contains('Table2')

InvalidTemplate. Unable to process template language expressions in action 'List_rows_present_in_a_table' inputs at line '1' and column '2607': 'The template language function 'contains' expects two parameters : the collection of items to search within and the object to find within the collection. The function was invoked with '1' parameter(s). Please see https://aka.ms/logicexpressions#contains for usage details.'.

Hi @BethanyJake ,

The flow couldn't get the data information of an received excel attachment currcently.

You could only save the email attachment to sharepoint library directly and you couldn't save the data in the excel to be items in the sharepoint list.

Best regards,

Alice
