Email forwarded from Distribution List does not trigger Flow

Hi all

 

When an email is received from distribution List, flow does not recognise the email address and does not trigger my Flow.

 

Any advice?

Hi @JomarGF ,

 

Yes, if you have other parameters configured in the trigger, you should also pay attention to whether the received mail also meets these conditions.

Got this to work. The issue is with the filter not the email.
