Email from Shared Mailbox create a SharePoint list item

I created a simple flow to create a SharePoint list item when an email is recieved. It works fine when connected to my account, but it never triggers when I switch the connection to the Shared Mailbox account. How can I troubleshoot this? I don't see any errors or warnings checking the workflow.

Hi @Jscrog ,

We need to use a personal account to create a connection with “When a new email arrives”.

You could use When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox as a trigger.

And we need to remove the semicolon after Mailbox Address.

Hope it helps.
