Embedded Connections in flow

Hello,

I have a flow where an items gets updated during the run of flow. But the embedded sharepoint connection used to update the item always identifies a certain person as the last modified person instead of the person who actually made the change on the list.

Same issue with created by field.

Any work arround for this ?

Thansk,

CK

Hi @ck25415,

With embedded connections, are you sharing a flow with Team?

You said that a certain person will be the last modified person, is it the one who created the flow?

Without sharing the flow, only share the list with group members, when someone modified the list, will it return the exact person who modified the item?

Best regards,

Mabel Mao

Hello @v-yamao-msft,

Not sure what you meant sharing the flow, I think I did not share the flow with the team. Users update an item in powerapps running on a sharepoint list(users have contribute access), the flow kicks off when an item is created or modfied.

The connection used is a  sharepoint connection and the last modified person is the owner of the flow with the connection built on is name.

Thanks
