We are looking to run a flow for the entire tenant which would require no user modifications for staff/students - admins would configure the flow and it would run for all of our students at school?
So the flow is created - email arrives from the school photocopiers, contains attachments we want to automatically place that in the users onedrive into a folder, works great for admins but now we want to deploy to all users.
I have looked at run-only flow but I have a few questions?
1. Do they have to turn on/enable the flow or does that do it automatically?
2. Does it use their credentials instead of the admin credentials?
When you share a Power Automate, you share the connections within it. If the connections are made with a specific user, then the Power Automate will use those for all users that you share the Power Automate with.
