Environments in admin portal

Hello all,

We have several environments including developer environments. I can able to see other user developer environment in Power automate but not in power apps and (Admin.powerplatform.com).

Why am able to access other developer environment though the user won't have given any specific permissions to that? so that means any security issue? and that user also able to access my developer environment too.

Any clue? much appriciated for your response.

Any chance you were added as a user to the other development environments but you had cached pages when viewing PowerApps and Power Platform Admin?

If i could be users of that environment that i could able to access power apps environment and in eve admin portal too. but am unable to see in those two areas only in Power automate i could see his environment and he could see mine as well.
