Hello,
I created a copy of a working Flow, and changed only the recipients in the approval part of my flow. My new copied flow, is now failing with error 404 Item not found, when anyone - including myself - is running the flow.
What puzzles me, is that the action fails right after the "For a selected Item" action:
However when I take a closer look at the nclientRequestID - then it has also changed:
Is that the problem? How can I adress this? The original flow that I copied this from, works just fine.

Since the Flow uses a Selected Items trigger I suspect copying it disconnected it from the underlying list. I would try removing and re-adding the trigger to get it hooked back up to the list as a new Flow.

This fixed the issue. I had to completely delete the workflow and re-create it, and now it works fine again. Thank you for the tip!

Same error here.. funny thing is the items do get created or copied to the document library even though it says failed
