Looks like this is a permission issue. Could you manually browse to that file path using the same connection you using for Power Automate action step Get File content using path.

Could you manually browse to that file path using the same connection -> Yes, I'm able to access to the file path because I'm using my account on both SharePoint and OneDrive with permission granted
