Error creating a basic flow from Sharepoint list

Not sure where this belongs (SharePoint or Flow).
Ive hooked up a very basic Flow up to my SharePoint list doing the following:
1. Goto the list https://msft.spoppe.com/teams/INTL/LSX/Lists/LSX%20Onboarding%20Item
2. Create a flow
3. When an Existing Item is modified, complete a custom action.
4. The url & List name fields are auto populated
5. Fill in other required field and create the flow.
6. Change and item and wait for the flow
7. When I go into Manage flows I see there is an error

Inputs
Site url - https://msft.spoppe.com/teams/INTL/LSX
List name - 4b1b1f27-89ca-455c-8041-e5b899a224e1
{ "status": 401, "message": "{\"error_description\":\"Invalid JWT token. Could not resolve issuer token.\"}", "source": "https://msft.spoppe.com/_api/sp.web.getweburlfrompageurl(@v)?@v='https%3a%2f%2fmsft.spoppe.com%2ftea...'", "errors": [] }

IS there some additional configuration that needs done on the server to allow flows to work?

Re: Error creating a basic flow from Sharepoint list

Hi Patmurph,

Please provide some information about:
1. Could you provide a detailed screenshot of your flow?
2. You said that “when an existing item is modified, complete a custom action”, did you add a Custom API to your flow? If yes, make sure that the Swagger file is properly created and a proper connection has been added to the Custom API.
3. This error message says that “you do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource”, so please make sure that you have appropriate permissions. Please also check if you had passed some extra parameters that were invalid, or in the wrong order.

Best regards,
Mabel Mao

Re: Error creating a basic flow from Sharepoint list

Thanks for tha reply. As you can see the workflow is very straightforward. I did not add a custom api, just send an email.

The only 2 params that Im passing are the url & the list name (both of which were autopopulated when I created the flow from within the list itself.

I own that SP lis, but I wonder if  i need differnet permissions to runa  Flow, Ill go check with the site owner.

Re: Error creating a basic flow from Sharepoint list

Hi @patmurph

Looks like you are trying to use the SharePoint Online PPE environment; and not Production one.  I believe that is why you are facing the issue - our connector is hooked up to work with PROD.

Ping me sameerch @ microsoft.com and we can investigate.
