Error in inserting row to excel from a sharepoint list

Hi Flow Friends,

I kept on having an issue in my flow, wherein I want to add a row in my excel table from my sharepoint list.

I also screenshot my flow,

Scenario: when a new items are added on my sharepoint list, get the items from a specific column in my sharepoint list, and copy that to the corresponding column in my excel

Hi @MarkLagan,

What’s the error message you got on your side? Please share some details on the error message.

According to your description, I made the following test and the flow worked fine. The items from the list could be saved to the Excel table successfully.

Please check the following images for a reference:

Could you please try again with it? If you are still having the error, please feel free post back.

Best regards,

Mabel Mao

Hi Mabel @v-yamao-msft

Please note that I am using the Helpdesk powerapps sharepoint list, then add another flow if any data is newly added in my helpdesk sharepoint list I want to copy that to an excel spreadsheet online

Hi @MarkLagan,

Thanks for updating.

Then I created a Helpdesk PowerApps SharePoint list on my side to test this issue. The Helpdesk list was created based on this doc:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/help-desk-install

After I created the list, I modified the flow and run the flow on my side. When a new item was created from PowerApps, it will be saved to the list, then the flow would be triggered and it ran succeed.

Please check the screenshot as below:

Could you please try again with it on your side?

Best regards,

Mabel Mao
