Error loading components

I am sorry if this is not the right place to ask but this morning I came in and opened my flows and it said "Error loading components"  I cannot find anything to see if this is a bigger issue or something local.

My flows were all working as normal until this morning now I cant even look at them.  I did do the error checking nothing reported with each of them.

However, when I go to create a new one or edit an existing one I get the same error.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Thank you in advance

Dorinda

Hi @Ruenells ,

Did you try logging out of the current session -> closing the browser window and starting a fresh session? I would also suggest you to check the Flow License and your permssions on the particular environement.

I hope this Helps!

We are also having the same issue for the past 2 days.
Our organization raised a ticket with Microsoft.

What is zscalar?

@Ruenells Was your issue fixed? could you let me know what zscaler has to say on this.

We use zscaler too and started experiencing the same for both flow and powerapps today.

Thanks,

I know that our IT department fixed it.  How I do not know but will try to find out, our workaround was to go into IE Lan Settings under Connections and just uncheck the box so we can work.

I will find out what the fix was and advise.

@ck25415

Here is what I found out

"Someone from security made a change to zscaler and blocked many O365 services by accidently putting in the wrong address."

It appears it was an internal issue but it is odd that you are experiencing the same issue

Sorry I couldnt give you more information.

@Ruenells

Thanks for sharing the info. Our IT team was able to fix it and they claim it was a change made at the zscaler end.

@Heimdallryep, same issue here since 2022/03/31. Can't create a flow because I get "Error loading component" 😠

@Heimdallr  I think I found the solution. I had turned on the Power Automate Experimental Features (Gear-menu > View all Power Automate settings > Experimental Features) Turned them off and "Error loading component" is gone 👍

Yes. Turning off experimental features worked for me as well. Thanks!
