Error when Approving a flow through email



I have been using a multi level approval flow for a while. Since yesterday I have been getting the following error when I Accept/Reject the flow from the approval email. 


The remote endpoint returned an error(HTTP UnsupportedMediaType). Please try again later. 


When I press accept or reject buttons I get this error. The mail expands (image attached) and allows me to approve or reject the flow by taking me to the Flow management page and the approval/rejection from there works fine.

I am not sure why i cannot do it directly from the mail.

Could you share a detailed screen shot on your Approval action?


Are you using Outlook Web or Outlook Client to submit the response?


If you are using Outlook Web, which browser you are using?


Do you have two parts in the approval email, including actionable part and original part?


I have tested on my side with approval action, submit the response from both Outlook Web and outlook client, both are working fine. Further, I am using Chrome.


Please share more details to help reproduce this issue.
