Excel Table Deletion and modification alert

Hi All,

I am planning to use one of my process using Microsoft Flow :-

I have few doubt before proceeding further , so looking here for your expert suggestions :-

I want to create a live SharePoint tracker where I will provide access to internal and external stakeholders.

Now I want to check :-

1) As soon as any user insert a new data in that excel file , we want to send email to concern persons with that updated new row of data.

2) if any user modified any existing data than , automatic email should sent to concerned persons (example : we have one column Site visit planned date so in case if any user change that date to any future date)

3) Want to enable feature that nobody can delete any row from that excel table and if this feature is not available than automatic email should sent to concern person as soon as somebody delete any data.

Hi @Negi1984

Currently Power Automate does not support such triggers for the Excel connector. However, if you wish to move the data and sync with SharePoint list, you can achieve the scenarios.

If using SharePoint list as a data source, you can use the when an item is created or modified/ when an item is deleted triggers and add the actions to the flow. But these triggers are not supported for the excel connector.

If you think it should be added as a feature, you can create an idea post here or upvote already existing similar ones.

Hope this Helps!
