Excel, use base file, insert row, without modifying the original file.

Hello community, my query is, I can use an Excel file as a model, copy it (without modifying the original file), and insert rows with a flow, I have tried and I can not reach a solution.

@maxiq_2k can't you store the base file in a different path or a folder or on SharePoint or OneDrive then users can first download the base file and then make the modifications, because what you are asking is not possible.

@maxiq_2k You can insert rows without modifying the original excel. What is the usecase why do you want to not modify the original excel ?

I need it to be a model, since several users who use the flow will generate a different file, with different data, but as a base it is the same file always.
