Execution of Child Flows with Per-user Plan

Do these executions count against the monthly Flow run Limits?

Looking for an answer I have only found this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/powerapps-flow-licensing-faq#which-flows-count..., which states that Child Flows don't count against the Limit in the Per Flow Plan, but how is the behavior in the Per-user Plan?

Testing with a look on the Quotas over at https://admin.flow.microsoft.com/tenant/quotas the used flow runs did not really update, no matter what flows we ran, while the downloadable CSV always showed every run, including Child Flows.

I would appreciate an answer very much, because using Child Flows to structure more complex logic into separate parts is very useful, but could quickly increase the used flow runs if they count against the limit.
