Expense report for the entire company

Hello everybody,

I used this template/tutorial to create a expense report app: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/expense-report-install

Everything is working fine, but there is one important thing, which has to be changed and don't know how:

-If User A creates a expense report, User B can see the expense report too, but he shouldn't. Every User should only see his own expense reports

Thanks

hi there looks like you need to have coffee for your SharePoint admin. you at the right place but it look like a permission issue (either yours or row-level permission has been disabled by changing permissions for the Web application).

Once you have that sorted with the admin you will see item-level permission, the configuration in yellow will get your desire results.

Hi there you need to change the security settins of the SharePoint list. In the list you created in list settings go to advanced settings and configure it that will only allow the user to see/edit their own entries.
