Exporting Solutions to other user

Hi guys, this community is flourishing. I like that.

I often create workflows for customers and most of the time I get to the point that a triggered flow 'when a new item is created' is not enough.

Usually I also add JSON Formatting to make a button trigger the flow for that specific item.

Maintaining one solution is hard enough. Having a second flow doing exactly the same is not worth the effort.

To achieve the best result I usually create three flows (1st new item trigger, 2nd button trigger, 3rd the child flow) in a solution in the default environment to run a Child Flow.

How do I export a solution like this from my context to another user in the company? Exporting works, but then I see the same solution in the solution explorer of the other user and I cannot permanently transfer primary ownership of a solution to them.
