Expression result false in a simple approval flow

Hey !

I have a issue with ceating a simple approval flow. 

My first approval flows that i have build have worked and suddenly not anymore.

The Structure of the flow:

1. The flow Starts when a Item in Sharepoint is Created.  

2. Start and wait for a approval

3. The Condition: Responses is Equal to: Approve

So the Flow starts when a items is created the Respons is Approve but the expression result is false. How is this possible?

Hi @ptk28 

Can you try replacing "responses" and checking for "Outcome" instead?

As @yashag2255  said, please choose the Outcome dynamic content instead of the responses dynamic content for get the request result.
