I have a table in SharePoint (5 MB) and I would like to send a copy of specific cells via email, or a copy of the entire sheet as an attachment in an email.

I have tried a few things, but I deleted the flows, so I don't have all screenshots of the flows at the moment. However, I have attempted the following:

I saved the Excel file using the "Get File Content" and "Create File" actions on OneDrive and sent it via "Send Email (V2)."
I also attempted to select a specific worksheet from a table, it worked with Table A, but the wrong worksheets were displayed for Table B.
I also tried to run a script, but even the "Get File Metadata" action did not work, although I was able to select the file in the action.

What would be the simplest method in your opinion?"

Are you saying you'd like to do one or the other, or, that you have a condition that determines if you send a few cells or the whole sheet?

I'm not clear on how you'd get the wrong worksheets for Table B. If you are pointing at a specific file, not sure how it would grab the wrong worksheet, unless the table you identified was actually on a different tab that you weren't aware of.

That is the proper way to get file content from Excel, though - you were on the right track. Then you can use a Select / Filter to get the rows you need. You need to use values to select on, though - Identifying like " I want A11 and B17 " won't work unless you want to move to Power Automate Desktop and use RPA.

Can you share a bit more about what you'd want the email to look like? How many columns are we pulling? Where does SharePoint come into this?

Thank you for your quick response. You're right, my question wasn't formulated very precisely. The reason was that I'm just happy if it works at all and I didn't want to specify too many details.

I would first be satisfied if a 1:1 copy of a specific worksheet were sent as an attachment in Outlook (see the attached screenshot).

I've tried it in two ways:

Copying the file directly from SharePoint
Copying the file to OneDrive and sending it from there.

It didn't work for both reasons. Specifically, the action can't find the worksheet "Table1" even though I can select the table by dragging and dropping. I can also send the table as a whole, but the Worksheet "Table1" is not recognized.
I've found this problem in a few posts without a solution.

I've read that I need to rename the worksheet a second time after uploading it. To do this, I should open the file online in the browser and edit it with Office 365. After that, the Office Connector should recognize the worksheet. Unfortunately, that didn't work and I'm not completely sure what an Office connector is and how to set it up.

Another thing I tried was using a Dynamic variable, but I couldn't select individual worksheets there either.

If you have any ideas on how to accomplish this, I would be very grateful.
