FLow Button

dears,

 

Can anyone please illustrate to me what is FLow button, as I am now trying to know everything related to flow to sell the idea.

 

I heard a lot about flow button, but can't understand what it is

Hi @Anonymous 

 

It's a simple concept. A Flow button allows you to trigger a Flow when needed by "pressing the button." You can have or not input parameters to go along with the start of the Flow, but that's it. It works the same way on mobile.

do you mean that when i download flow on the mobile app, I will find button, and when i press it; it will trigger my flow?

 

If yes, how can i differentiate between flows, for example if I have two flows will work when i press on the button

 

How can I run one flow now and the other not

Hi @Anonymous, one way we are using a Flow button on our company tablets and smartphones is to take images on site visits and upload them automatically to a SharePoint library instead of having to upload them manually when back in the office. See the images below. The user has the Flow app on his/her smartphone or tablet and takes a photo, presses the button to start the flow, enters a description and selects a project number and the image. Flow knows the date and the user's location and the photo and the details are uploaded automatically to a SharePoint library.
