Fetch text from file to generate email body

Hello,

I'm new to MS Flow/Power Automate in general, and I'm in the middle of developping this app for my company.

The idea would be to send an email to the administration department on each form submission we receive from Plumsail.

This email could potentially change in the future, so I was wondering if it would be possible to put the text in a .txt file in a Sharepoint library, and then generate the "Send an email (V2)" action with that text as the body of the email.

The reason for this is because I do not wish for the administration department to get their hands all up in my flows juuust to change an email. It would save me the trouble of having to teach them how to navigate in MS Flow. I would just need to tell them to modify this specific file in their Sharepoint library and it would be done.

Any ideas on how to achieve this?

Thanks in advance!

Hey @CFernandes,

Thank you for your help! This worked but I'm still having a little problem with the outcome. I put the text in a .txt file, and the special characters aren't processed. Same thing for line breaks. It should look like this :

"Madame, Monsieur,

Vous venez de vous inscrire à l'école. Merci!"

But here's what the outcome is :

I imagine it's because it isn't able to code it in UTF-8 or something along those lines. Do you know how I could make this happen? I'll accept your answer after this 🙂

Again, thanks a lot

@almecin You can Format the email in UTF

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>

<head>
<meta charset="UTF-8">
</head>

<body>
<p>@{outputs('Get_file_content_using_path')?['body']}</p>
</body>

</html>

To change email body to HTML click on </> icon .
