I have a report in Power BI using data from an SQL database.
I'm keen to automate a weekly report to go out to different staff members and am wondering if Power Automate can do this. Ideally, Power Automate would filter the Power BI report by project (this is a variable in my database), create a PDF of the report, and then send the PDFS to the email addresses related to that project (another variable).
If this can be achieved without PDFs - sending a 'pre-filtered', published version of the report to those emails, even better - to keep the interactivity / ability to drill down, scrollable lists, etc.
I've done some searching for a solution to this, but cant find what I'm looking for. Any advice on whether this can be done, and relevant tutorials would be much appreciated!
