First use of power automate with forms

Hi all,

I'm starting now (1st time) to use Power Automate with forms.

Instructions says that I must find this options to select my form from a list

But I have not this option, but only this other, with an ID request (how can I find this ID?):

so I try to insert the url of the page, but dont seem to work..

can somebody explain me where I'm mistaken and how to?

I believe you have to be an owner of the form. So if you didn't create the form you are trying to use or had it shared with you (as co-owner or something similar), it won't show up in the list
