I need to create an approval for a 3 step sequential flow. The Flow Approval Center is exactly what is needed, but first I must have a better understanding. Questions received from approvers: 1. Can they access the Approval Center at any time to determine status? Other than automatically going to the center by selecting the Approve button, how else can they get there to check approvals? 2. The Assigned to person -- what does that involve?
Is there any documentation on the Approval Center that I could access that would answer my questions?
About Q1, yes, they can access the approval center at any time to determine status. You can click “Approvals” tab to check all the Received requests that you haven’t clicked the Approve/Reject button. Once you clicked the Approve/Reject button, the request will disappear.
About Q2, you will have to enter the approver’s email address in the “Assigned to” field.

What our company needs is a multi-step sequential approval flow which can be seen (response and comments) by all approvers. Our management wants to be able to return to the Flow Center and allow an approver to modify or view any responses/comments by other management listed on the flow.
Is that currently part of the plans?
