Flow (Condition always returning false result)

Hi All

I am new to this forum and hope to learn a little more about power automate.

I need some help.

I have set up a flow that looks at new items created in a SharePoint list.

I have set up a condition that looks for the values Yes / Maybe

When testing my flow the results are always coming up negative even if the Value is set to one of these.

Hi Thank you

For your support I managed to find a way around my issue.

For a reason I don't quite understand the condition was not accepting a numerical value as a true statement. Even though my SharePoint list was identical and the condition set to 'equals'. Anyway I changed this from solely numerical to a string of text and the flow is now operating correctly.

This has resolved my issue.

@Kane

I think the issue might be you are using And , Try to use OR on the Condition

Hi

I have set the field to a Choice (Menu to choose from)

With fields:

Yes

No

Maybe

Thanks for the suggestion, however I have tried both the and and or statements.

So not sure why it is still reporting false?

@Kane

Can u try to compare against 1 2 3 corresponding to Yes No Maybe.

Also try a compose data operation and add this field to it to check how it is represented.

@Kane

Please check this i tried your same scenario

You will find a field with your column name + Value , this is the one you should use in your condition

I made a choice field called Status with Values Active / Closed

So while selecting your field for the condition use Status Value instead of Status Only

I test the flow and here is the result
