I am using a Flow in PowerApps to allow saving captured Images in my app and upload to Onedrive folder (mine is for Business)
I am using the technique in this link and a small modification
I tested the app on my phone, which worked just fine, save multiple photos into my new folder.
When another employee use my app , the flow encouter an error.
I check where the error is - is on the final step of "Create file" in OneDrive.
of "Createfile_Folderpath" - which I used Ask in Powerapps to create a new folder in Onedrive with some text input.
The error says "UNAUTHORIZED" like in the photo below.
I saw on their phone, when opening my Powerapps app, it already requested access to his own Onedrive
So why cant the flow run?
Can anyone please help me,
Thanks so much,
Could you please share more details about the configuration of your flow and PowerApps?
I am afraid that other employees need to be authenticated when uploading files to OneDrive for Business folder, otherwise there will be a "UNAUTHORIZED" error.
If the error code 401 appears and the error message contains "Unauthorized", the failure is always an authentication error. You could usually fix an authentication error by updating the connection.
More details please check this doc for a reference:
Please take a try and let me know if issue still exists.
I read the article you mentioned but not sure what you mean by "updating the connection".?
I tried to change from Create File in OneDrive to Sharepoint, but this final step is still failed (other previous steps worked fine)
Below is the download Flow package that use in my Powerapps.
This is the trigger in my PowerApps. Basically, I have the camera control to create a collection of 2 column (url is the PHoto and the id)
The the Submit Button will collect this into the string....
The method actually is from https://techmikael.com/2017/05/saving-collection-of-images-from.html
I think the problem is maybe somehow only I am allowed to create the file, not other users?
They clicked allowed when Powerapps asked for the permission to use the account for Onedrive Business/ SharePoint Online.
