Flow / Outlook and Excel

Hi!

 

I have created an excel spreadsheet that has populated my calendar events for the year.

 

I want to use Flow to do a recurrence where if the excel sheet is updated in Sharepoint it will then update my Outlook calendar events. 

 

Does anyone have the Flow formula for this?

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

You could consider create a flow with steps below:

1. Add trigger "Recurrence".

2. Get and delete all the calendar events.

3. Get all the event in the excel spreadsheet, add a Apply to each and create event in the calendar for all the events in the excel spreadsheet.

Hi, 

 

Maybe you could use this trigger:

And then when you make a modification on your file the flow should start and do the job.

Hello there,

 

I am facing a similar issue. I would like to sync my excel data into outlook calendar 365 in a way that when my sharepoint excel spreadsheet gets updated, my outlook calendar automates the events. I would appreciate if anyone could show me a step by step

guide. Also do I need to generate event ids? If yes, how do i do that?
