Flow Says Successful but Actions Grayed Out

My flow is triggered by "when a task is assigned to me" in Microsoft Planner. It says it ran successfully but the end steps will be grayed out and not run. I've had the same problem with the "when a new item is created" in SharePoint trigger. Why is this? Thanks for the help

@Anonymous :

The screen shot that you posted does indicate that the actions failed.

Can you post a screen shot of your Flow design so that a solution can be proposed to you?

Hi @Anonymous ,

The reason for this result is that Get attachments doesn't have any content, so Apply to each 4 is traversing an empty array, so the actions inside will not be executed.

For example, your trigger is When a new item is created. If you create a new item but do not add an attachment, this problem will occur.

Flow configuration and logic seems to be no problem, please don't forget to add attachments when creating a new item, and then view the results of Flow execution.

I had a similar issue and found the solution here:

My flow was looking for an item ID that was changing on me. Look at the input your flow is receiving in the previous steps.
