I seem to be unable to sumit a support ticket. I click "Contact Support".
Then a "New support request" window pops up with a heading that says "Tell us about the issue" and there is nowhere for me to actually type in the issue that I'm requesting support for. I tried clicking in and all around that area. I tried tabbing over to it. But nothing works. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.
When I click the "Contact support" at link below:
https://asia.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
Then the "New support request" window would pop up as below:
Please make a test on your side again to see if the issue still exists.
