I am trying to create a Library in Sharepoint which has an approval process using Microsoft Flow. In addition, I would like the users to not be able to delete the content (files) inside the library.
Unfortunately, whenever I remove the delete permissions from the users, the approval workflow disappears. After reading online and playing around with permissions, I discovered the users must have edit access including delete permissions to see and activate the flow.
Currently, to share the flow with the users, I have the library set as a owner of the flow.
Is there a way around this?
Hi @Anonymous,
Are you using the trigger For a selected item? Does the flow disappear on SharePoint site once you removed the delete permission from the users?
I am afraid that it might be a default behavior that default Edit permissions are needed for users so that they can see and run the flows as expected.
If you need this feature, please submit a request on Flow Ideas Forum, I will suggest other customers who have the same request vote your idea at here:

Hi v-Yamao-msft,
Yes, I am using the trigger for select item and yes it does disappear when I remove the delete permissions.
I was wondering if there was a way around it?
