Flow adds my name to the attachment file name

Not a show stopper, but I am curious why this happens.

Why does the flow add my name to the attachment file name in this step? I have a limit of 5 files to upload on the form. All the file names are appended with my name. I cany6 follow why. any tips?

Power Automate isn't adding the name - Forms adds the name.  The screen shot below is from Forms - read the fine print.....

You can try parsing it out.

As far as I remember that the attachments never used to get appended with responders' names. Anyways, I tried to uncheck "record name" in the form settings. the flow failed. the get user profile command won't evaluate.

I ran a test and my full name was added after the file name and before the extension.  You could parse out the name by looking for the last underscore.

The bottom line is that Flow isn't doing this - Forms adds the name.
