I have a MS Form that employees fill out for daily inspections. It feeds into an Excel spreadsheet on a Sharepoint site via a Flow that I have had setup since December. Everything has worked perfectly until this week when I noticed every Excel entry was duplicating 3 times (sometimes in a row and sometimes scattered a bit depending on volume of entries).
I checked the Flow and don't see any errors when testing it but I do see multiple failures in the Run History except there are no explanations. The first failure happened on April 14th.
I have only made one modification in the last 2 weeks to the spreadsheet, but I didn't modify the Flow or Form at all. Essentially, this Form pulls in "good/bad" responses and then also a numerical hour meter entry. I have a separate sheet in the Excel workbook that pulls the most recent meter entry (amongst all the entries) and nicely displays it in a table. That has existed since the beginning also. The change I made was adding a second column next to the meter readings to also show the date of that entry (so I can ensure they relatively current). I don't see why any of that would affect the Flow and duplication issue?
Any guidance is appreciated.
