Flow duration

Hello,

I have a flow which copies data from SharePoint list to SQL. Most of the times the flow runs as expected and the time for the flow to complete is normal (depending on number of records 2 minutes ~ 45 minutes).

Sometimes with the same no of records or even lesser records the flow takes more than 3 hours to complete.

The flow is run twice a day about 12 hours apart. The table structure has not changed nor the flow has been modified in any way.

Wanted to know what would cause the flow run times to be so erratic.
