Flow error message

Hi,

I have a flow setup to copy appointments from my O365 calendar to my Google calendar. Received the error message below (which means nothing to me), checked all my recent appointments inO365 and Google and they all appear to be correct.

"The caller with object id '269b37d1-1291-4988-9922-cd3e242*****' does not have permission for connection '42f76c34-d140-4700-a03a-54f907e*****' under Api 'shared_logicflows'

is this serious or can I ignore it (given I have not found anything missing?

Hi @tomg_35 ,

The error message says the user doesn’t have permission to the connection. Could you check the user’s permission first?

I have made a test on my side to sync appointments from Office 365 Calendar to Google Calendar, it works properly.

The flow was created by me, and I'm the global administrator for the account so I presume I should have the necessary permissions?

Could you share a screen shot of your flow?

On which step, do you get the error message?

By the way, please try to recreate the connection to see if it will work.

Office 365 Calendar sync to Google Calendar

Sync changes including adding, updating and deleting from Office 365 Calendar to Google Calendar.

I have also found another error message that appears to relate to when an event is triggered

There might be some issues/updates on Office 365 calendar sync to Google calendar flows.
