Flow for a especic user

Hello  guys,

I need to create a flow that when a person at a to-do list modify something in one of the tasks from that list my Boss receives an email.

The thing is that my boss also makes some modifications to the tasks, so I would like to not send an email when he makes the modifications only when someone else does it.

It there a way to do it?

The trigger that I'm using is  "when a to-do in a specific folder is updated"

thanks for the help

Hi @Daniel_Stipanch

Thanks for the screenshot. That make sense 🙂 Of course I was looking the wrong one earlier.

Which type of account are you using for this connector?

The user who starts a flow is not known to the flow service unless the trigger provides it. Check the trigger run history and see if you can see who invoked it. If not it's not possible to do.

Thanks

Hi @Daniel_Stipanch

Just want to confirm about your trigger here. Are you using To-Do is updated trigger?
