Flow from Excel to send different information each month and then cycle back round

Hi All,

I'm try to make an automated flow that retrieves data from a cell in excel and then sends that information to users on email. However I need it to read a different cell the following month, a type of cycle I guess would be best to describe it.

So for example:

1st month - cell 1

2nd month - cell 2

3rd month - cell 3

4th month - cell 1

5th month - cell 2

6th month - cell 3
