Flow getting to BIG?

Hi All,

I have build a rather large Flow (3-tier approval system for 8 types with full tracking & tracing and response time measurements) and I start to notice that when I try to edit the flow it is becoming sluggish.. it takes long to open, long to open an action etc....

I have some questions:

  1. Are there other, more powerful tools (maybe offline) to edit flows?
  2. Is there a limit to the size & complexity of a Flow
  3. Is there any progress on "stat flow from flow" requirement request... this would allow for smaller flows...

Any feedback is appreciated

Regards

Charles

Hi @Charles-v-D

1. to edit your flows, and have better governance, check out power clarity: https://powerclarity.app/

2. Not that I know of but try to keep it as simple as possible. There is a limit on time constraints so ensure that the flow will complete the run in 30 days of time.

3. You can create child flows and that are supposed to be in a solution: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_FAgOibUbI0 And you can also trigger new flows using the when an http request is received trigger in the other flow and the http action in your main flow.

Hope this Helps!
