Below are the runs and the flow I have created. Appreciate any help. Thanks!

HI @CatPagulayan

Is the "Create Item" and "Update Item" in the same list as the trigger?

If so that's why it's triggering all the time. Here's the cycle:

1. The Power Automate triggers when there's a change on list A

2. Condition yes/no

3. Update the item in list A (trigger the Power Automate again because there was a change)

4. Insert the item in list A (trigger the Power Automate again because there was an insert)

Makes sense?

Hi @manuelstgomes ,

The lists in when an item is created and get items are different. Is that what is causing the never ending flow?

So to better illustrate, this is how it looks:

Hi @CatPagulayan

That's correct, but this is what I mean.

Hi @manuelstgomes ,

Those under the YES/NO conditions are the same list as the GET ITEMS and not When An Item is modified.

If that is my case, what should I do?

Hi @manuelstgomes ,

The thing is I am not creating nor modifying anything so why is it running?
