Flow loop

I have a flow with an If condition. If response is Approve the flow continues but if the response is Reject the flow terminates. Is there a way to reverse the flow back to the last approval if response is reject

You mean you want to launch again the approval if rejected?
If so, have you tried with a Do-until action block?

Hi @boyombo ,

 

No matter which Approval type you choose is Everyone must response or First one to response, as long as one of the Approver clicks Reject, the entire Approval process will end, which is the operating mechanism of Approval action.

 

Could you tell us the purpose for which you want to create such a loop?

Even if you use Do until to launch an Approval request again, the last Approval request has ended and there is no similar rollback mechanism.

 

It seems that Custom Responses is more suitable for your needs. You can define multiple options and choose "Wait for all responses". This way you can get all the results selected by Approver.

The flow is for a proposal request. One person fills the form to request, it goes to the person to assign it to a the proposal writer. Once the proposal is written, it goes the writers manager for approval. If the manager rejects it, it wont make sense to start the whole process again. I want a triger that loops until it is approved. Do until block dint seems to handle it
