It is my understanding with the plan I have, my flow that is sending an email when a Microsoft Form is submitted should run on 5 minute interval checks. It is currently running every hour and I have submitted forms which are not coming thourh in that 5 minute range of time. Can someone explain what is happening?
Hi mhalverson,
I have seen several threads reporting the similar issue.
We have reported this issue on our side.
I will keep an eye on it and back to you once we got any response on this issue.

I'm waiting any update, this issue.

Same issue here. I had one form submission get picked up by Flow very quickly, but then my next two are still waiting for over an hour.
Any movement on this? It seems to be a lingering issue.
This is an issue we are experiencing as well. It makes testing newly created Flows a very annoying experience. My current work around is only work on Flow near the end of the work day and come in the following morning to either a success or fail, and then spend the later part of that day fixing the issue.
I share a Flow about testing this.
This flow notifiy the duration time to your phone after a Form submitted.
I'm waiting any update this issue,

Hi All,
A fix is working on this issue.
It seems that it will take a while. However, we don’t get an ETA on our side.
I will keep an eye on this issue and post back once it is done.
Best regards,
Mabel Mao
There seem to be a lot of posts on the forum about flows not running on schedule w/ Forms. Perhaps this issue should get a higher priority w/ the development/support team?
Sometimes it never triggers. I've been trying to get a flow to trigger for 2 days now. No run at all.'
Using MS Forms, Outlook and SharePoint in the flow I am trying to get to work.
EDIT: Upon form response, trigger SP "Create Item" and "Create File" then "Send an Email"
@v-yamao-msft Is this issue limited exclusively to MS Forms? Is flow triggering as intended when Forms is not being used within a Flow?
I have to admit that this is very annoying, and it seems another week gone by w/o a hint that someone is taking care of this.
I'm wondering why there is no reply from any MSFT employee, stating something like this:
we are aware of this issue and expecting to reselove this issue in
a number
a unit of time measurement
No reaction is not what I know from any other MSFT community eg community.powerbi.com

Tom
Hm,
this explains a lot, hopefully this will change after the preview:

Cheers
Hey,
here you can upvote the idea to run checks more frequently

In documents of Microsoft Flow,
The "Renewal Period" of "Frequency of trigger polls" is 3600 seconds.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/microsoftforms/
3600 seconds equal 60 minutes, equal a hour !!!
I hope to change from 3600 seconds to 360 seconds or less.

This does not appear only to be an issue with Forms. After initial failures to get the trigger to execute for any Form submissions, I decided to try triggering when a SharePoint Online list item is created
Initial tests were very positive, with flow triggering for the first few submissions within seconds. This morning, however, flow is not triggering at all.
I too am hoping for this fix. Forms is a powerful entry point for data to drive action. One hour delay is really too long simply for testing while building. I wouldn't mind the hour delay while running the actual flow. Perhaps adding a "check trigger" button while testing could force a check and solve the problem?
